Tehmina Butt

Tehmina is a therapist intern offering counseling services both in-person in London and through video sessions, available on Mondays and Thursdays.

Tehmina acknowledges the difficulties and uncertainties that life often presents, particularly in the absence of supportive relationships. She is committed to fostering a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive space for her clients where they can feel heard and understood. Tehmina considers it an honour to walk alongside her clients as they navigate their personal journeys, helping them to explore their feelings and challenges.

Tehmina holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) from McMaster University, and has further training in Rehabilitation Sciences, Family Relations, and Human Development. Currently, Tehmina is completing her Master of Arts in Theology (Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy) at Martin Luther University College.
