Nelly offers counselling in person in London on Wednesdays (10 am to 4 pm). She is also available for online therapy Monday to Saturday, from 4:30 pm to 8 pm (except Wednesdays). Nelly offers therapy in English and Farsi.
As a therapist, Nelly strives to create a space for you to come as you are-- and leave better than you were. Nelly welcomes you as you arrive with your own unique story and lived experiences. Nelly knows it takes a lot of courage to ask for help and trust a therapist with your story, and she takes this honour seriously. Nelly knows that sometimes the roots of your problems manifest in painful ways, such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, or an indeterminable difficulty getting through the day.
Nelly takes a trauma-informed, strengths-based, nonjudgmental spiritual approach to exploring your issues. Nelly is passionate about assisting you in developing your capacity for change. Nelly believes that, as humans, we are always capable of growth and helping you orient towards existential gratitude that includes spirituality, and a smile is her mission.
Nelly’s goal is to help you recognize the link between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours; to become more aware and accepting of your emotions, values, and needs; and ultimately support your empowerment to make new choices that allow you to lead the life you desire.
